Description
Ellisville State School is seeking a qualified vendor to provide 24/7 unarmed, uniformed security guard services on its main campus in Ellisville, MS. The contract will cover three daily shifts (A‑Shift 6:00 am‑2:30 pm, B‑Shift 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm, C‑Shift 10:00 pm‑6:30 am) including holidays, with the requirement to staff each shift with qualified guards and maintain a pool of replacements. Guards must have at least two years of relevant experience, pass comprehensive background checks, and be able to handle incidents, control access, monitor alarms, conduct patrols, and respond to emergencies. The contractor must provide a field supervisor on‑call 24 hours a day, submit hourly rates for each shift, overtime and holiday work, and comply with all state and agency policies. The contract period is July 1 2027 – June 30 2028 with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals.
