Event Booking and Promotion Services

The City of Rogers is seeking qualified firms to provide live event booking and promotion services for the City. The selected firms will be responsible for booking and promoting one to three events each at the Victory Theater and possibly other City performance venues. The firms should have experience working with national and international touring acts, as well as local and regional performers. They should also demonstrate expertise in timely pre-show coordination and smooth day-of-show execution. * The City of Rogers encourages all qualified small business enterprises and veteran-owned business enterprises to apply. * The City complies with all civil rights provisions and federal statutes, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, age, national origin, religion, or disability. * Free language assistance for Limited English Proficient individuals is available upon request. * The City reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications, or to waive any information required in a qualifications received.
