Management Information Systems Analysis and Project Management Services

This contract provides a multi‑year, IDIQ‑style agreement for Management Information Systems analysis, ERP upgrade, custom development, and advanced IT support services to the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA) and Alaska Energy Authority (AEA). The contractor will deliver services through individually negotiated work orders, covering server and virtualization support, network and telephony infrastructure, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central upgrades, custom programming, web/application development, and routine maintenance. The award is a single‑vendor award to GB Services, with a one‑year base term and options for up to four additional one‑year renewals. The contract is priced on an hourly‑rate basis with a ceiling of $225 per hour and an estimated first‑year budget of $150‑$250 K. • Provides MIS analysis, project management, and ERP upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Central. • Covers a broad technology stack: Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Cisco networking, SharePoint, Exchange, SQL, .NET, Java, and web platforms. • Work is performed primarily on‑site at AIDEA/AEA headquarters in Anchorage, Alaska, with all services required to be performed within the United States.
