Fine Arts: Materials, Equipment and Supplies

The Cooperative Purchasing Connection (CPC) is seeking to collaborate with an experienced vendor to develop a program for participating agencies to purchase fine arts materials, supplies, and equipment. The vendor will be required to offer a broad range of products at consortium-level discounted pricing. The contract term is for up to 15 months with possible extensions. The CPC will work closely with the vendor to market the contract to participating agencies and to potential agencies. The vendor will be required to provide pricing discounts, warranty protection, training and support, and installation when applicable. • The contract includes a range of fine arts materials, supplies, and equipment, including painting, sculpture, drawing, crafts, and furniture. • The vendor will be required to provide a pricing schedule and to guarantee pricing discounts for the duration of the contract term. • The contract may be extended by mutual written agreement for up to six months or for three additional 12-month periods. • The CPC will provide a vendor orientation and will work closely with the vendor to ensure a successful contract.
