Description
The Multnomah County Library District's Summer Reading Program is seeking a vendor to provide screen-printed t-shirts and other promotional materials for the program. The contract term shall be five years, and the vendor will be required to deliver the materials to 20 locations in Multnomah County. The program supports and encourages youth and their parents/caregivers to be curious, keep reading, and keep learning during the summer break from school. Some key features of the contract include:
* The vendor will be required to provide a minimum of 13,000 and up to 40,000 100% cotton tees with a screen-printed logo annually.
* The vendor will be required to deliver the materials to 20 locations in Multnomah County.
* The contract term shall be five years.
* The vendor will be required to provide timely updates to product availability, timeline, and any other matters that may adversely impact their ability to perform the service delivery successfully.
