Cobb County is seeking qualified vendors to provide umpiring and officiating services for its adult and youth athletic programs across multiple sports (softball, flag football, basketball, volleyball, kickball, etc.) at various county parks and recreation centers. The contract is a sealed bid (Invitation to Bid) with a 36‑month base term and two optional one‑year extensions (max five years). Vendors must supply certified officials, manage scheduling, adhere to sport‑specific rules, and invoice monthly or bi‑monthly. The work includes staffing games (typically 2 officials per game, sometimes 1), handling cancellations, and ensuring officials arrive on time.
