Description
The West Virginia Lottery Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install a complete audiovisual (AV) conference‑room solution on the 10th floor of its headquarters in Charleston. The scope includes delivery, installation, programming, and commissioning of a list of specified Crestron, Biamp, PTZOptics, Netgear, Audio‑Tech, Tripp‑Lite, and other AV components, as well as all labor, cabling, and integration work required to make the system fully operational. The contract is a one‑time purchase; the vendor must provide a Crestron‑certified technician, complete installation within 60 calendar days of receipt of the purchase order, and assume responsibility for testing, training, and warranty support. Bids are due by 2:30 PM EDT on 22 Oct 2026, with technical questions due by 10 Oct 2026. The award will be made to the lowest‑priced responsible bidder that meets all specifications.
