Description
The Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) requires a qualified vendor to assess, design, supply, install, and commission an integrated audiovisual (AV) solution across multiple collaboration spaces in its offices. The effort includes on‑site assessments, detailed system design, equipment procurement (cameras, monitors, microphones, speakers, wireless presentation system, and control interface), full installation, testing, user training, and warranty support. All work must be performed under MAPC’s standard Professional Services Agreement and comply with prevailing‑wage requirements for any construction‑related labor. The contract is capped at $110,000, with a $50,000 limit on labor/materials subject to prevailing‑wage rules, and must be completed by early January 2027. Key points:
