Provision of Livescan Devices and Peripherals, Installation Services, Maintenance and Support, Portable Livescan Devices, and Training

The State of Tennessee’s Bureau of Investigation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and support LiveScan fingerprint‑capture hardware and related peripherals, as well as to provide ongoing maintenance, technical support, and training for agency personnel. This effort will modernize the agency’s biometric capabilities across multiple locations. • Supply fixed and portable LiveScan fingerprint‑capture devices, scanners, printers, cables, and other required peripherals. • Perform installation of equipment at designated state facilities and ensure integration with existing systems. • Provide a comprehensive maintenance and support contract, including technical troubleshooting and software updates. • Deliver training programs for agency staff on proper operation, upkeep, and security of the LiveScan systems. • Comply with strict confidentiality and data‑protection requirements as outlined in the NDA.
