Airshow Narrator & Sound/ Audio Technician

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide an Airshow Narrator and Full Audio System for the Shaw Air & Space Expo from March 27-29, 2026. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in airshow announcing and provide proof of liability insurance for at least $1,000,000. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation. * The contractor must provide a Current FAA recognized Multi-Venue LOA. * The contractor must provide proof of liability insurance for no less than one-million dollars ($1,000,000). * The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in airshow announcing. * The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation. * The contractor must provide a written technical approach to meeting the technical requirements.
