DECORATING SERVICES FOR NC MOUNTAIN STATE FAIR

The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking a vendor to provide decorating services for the N.C. Mountain State Fair. The services include providing interior and exterior decorations, furnishing items, and labor for installation and dismantling. The vendor will also provide decoration services, labor, and equipment rental on a fee basis for exhibitors. The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and labor to complete the services. Some key requirements include: * Providing flame retardant booth drapery * Installing and dismantling exhibits and decorations * Providing decoration services, labor, and equipment rental for exhibitors * Maintaining a clean and safe work area * Having a supply warehouse for items not already on the fairgrounds * Being available within 24 hours of a request from the Contract Administrator or exhibitors The vendor must also provide an experienced crew of decorator personnel and supervision to ensure all fair decorations are completed on time.
