The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is seeking a qualified contractor to construct diversion structures and associated improvements at the Montclair Basin (Basins 2 & 3) to enhance groundwater recharge. The work includes installing two drop‑inlet diversion structures in the San Antonio Creek channel, steel gates, 4‑ft‑diameter discharge pipelines, excavation, concrete outlet structures, back‑filling, grading, site restoration, and full SCADA integration for automated gate operation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a 366‑day performance period and liquidated damages for delays. • Construct two diversion structures with steel grates, gates, and 4‑ft pipelines feeding existing recharge basins. • Perform excavation, concrete work, back‑fill, grading, and site restoration to complete the water‑recharge infrastructure. • Supply and commission SCADA control systems (via pre‑approved integrators) for automated operation of the diversion gates.
