Unarmed Security Guard Services

Kean University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive unarmed security guard services across all of its campuses, including main‑campus facilities, residence halls, and satellite locations. The contract is a one‑year initial term beginning 1 Jan 2027, with the option to renew up to four additional one‑year periods, requiring a $200,000 performance security each year. The vendor must staff guards and supervisors, manage shift rotations, provide radios and uniforms, conduct background checks, health exams, and submit detailed monthly reports and invoices.
