Description
The State of Oregon’s Public Employees Retirement System is seeking a vendor to provide a nationwide death‑identification service that aggregates death records, supplies batch “fact‑of‑death” queries, and enables on‑demand individual look‑ups for its 420,000 members. The solution must be a secure, cloud‑based platform meeting Oregon’s stringent NIST 800‑53 and GovRAMP requirements, support SSO/MFA, provide audit logs, and include training and ongoing support. The contract is initially for four years with optional annual renewals up to ten years.
