1115 Waiver Implementation Consultant

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing (DOLA/DOH) is seeking a consultant to assist with the implementation of Colorado's 1115 Waiver, which aims to provide supportive housing services to individuals in need. The consultant will provide project management support, create and track benchmarks, and provide subject matter expertise on leveraging Medicaid for costs associated with supportive housing. The consultant will also conduct focus groups and trainings with supportive housing providers and develop coordination pathways between providers, funders, and stakeholders. The goal of the project is to strengthen supportive housing across Colorado and ensure that the existing TSS program continues to be an effective use of state, federal, and philanthropic funding.
