SMDOT Elevator Maintenance

The City of Santa Monica is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, turnkey maintenance, inspection, and repair services for its three on‑site elevators (two passenger and one freight) and associated wheelchair lifts. The contract requires monthly preventive maintenance, emergency 24‑hour dispatch, annual no‑load and pressure‑relief testing, parts inventory management, and the ability to perform repairs and upgrades in accordance with OEM standards and California safety codes.
