Gwinnett County’s Voter Registrations & Elections Division is seeking a vendor to supply a suite of branded promotional merchandise (clear tote bags, stone‑coaster, mini spiral notebooks, straw toppers, and recycled‑frame sunglasses) with full‑color artwork. The contract will cover production, printing, and FOB‑destination delivery of 3,750 items total, with all items required on site by early November 2026. Vendors must be able to provide samples on request, meet specific size and material specifications, and submit a complete quotation (including delivery) by the updated deadline.
