The State of Michigan’s Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) is seeking qualified printing vendors to produce multilingual saddle‑stitch booklets for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The booklets are 16 pages (8.5” x 11”), printed on 50# offset stock, with a four‑page cover and a 12‑page interior, bound by saddle stitch. Three language versions are required: English (200,000 copies), Spanish (30,000 copies), and Arabic (15,000 copies). Vendors must provide both digital and hard‑copy proofs for approval before any production begins, hold pricing for 30 days, and be able to ship directly to approximately 105 locations across Michigan using DTMB’s FedEx account. The entire order must be completed by December 15, 2026, with production to begin within 15‑20 business days after proof approval.
