The City of Garden Grove is seeking a qualified firm to serve as an on‑call provider for a broad suite of printing, translation, and mailing services. The contractor will respond to ad‑hoc requests from various city departments, producing everything from black‑and‑white copies to full‑color brochures, door hangers, and booklets, while also handling data‑merge mailing preparation, postage processing, and delivery to the U.S. Postal Service. Translation work must cover Spanish, Vietnamese, and Korean with at least 99 % accuracy, and the vendor must be capable of providing rush translations on demand. The three‑year base contract (July 2026 – June 2029) may be extended up to two additional one‑year option periods, and the City will pay on a unit‑price basis as set out in the vendor’s pricing attachment. The award will be based on a blend of technical merit (40 pts), knowledge/competence (30 pts), cost (20 pts), and completeness (10 pts).

• Supply digital proofs, maintain records, and meet recycled‑paper content requirements (≥ 50 % unless cost‑justified).
• Comply with City insurance, licensing, non‑collusion, and indemnification requirements.
