Description
The Oklahoma State Department of Education, via OMES Central Purchasing, is seeking a vendor to design and build a master Power BI dashboard for its finance department and to continuously expand the solution with additional dashboards, data models, workflows, and financial reporting views as needs evolve. The contract will be awarded to a qualified IT consulting firm capable of delivering a robust, scalable reporting platform and providing ongoing enhancements.
• Scope: Design, develop, and deploy an initial comprehensive Power BI dashboard for OSDE finance.
• Ongoing work: Iterative creation of new dashboards, data models, and workflow automations over the contract term.
• Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, data integration, financial reporting, and ability to support evolving business needs.
• Delivery: Fixed‑price or firm‑price proposal with milestones; payment due 45 days after invoicing.
• Timeline: Bid submission due 11/19/2026; project start anticipated shortly after award.
