Description
The Chicago Housing Authority seeks a professional‑services contract to clean up, modernize, and fully migrate its Active Directory environment to a cloud‑only Azure AD solution. The work covers assessment, remediation, cloud readiness, documentation, training, and project management over a 24‑28‑week period.
• Conduct a comprehensive AD assessment, health check, and gap analysis.
• Execute cleanup: remove stale objects, consolidate OUs and GPOs, enforce security baselines, and migrate management to Azure AD/Intune.
• Develop and deliver SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and a full knowledge‑transfer training package.
• Provide project‑management oversight, weekly status reports, and 30‑day post‑implementation stability verification.
• Comply with mandatory insurance, M/W/DBE, and HUD Section 3 requirements.
