The effort includes hardware conversion, full software deployment (including AI/OCR scanning, student‑ID integration, web portal, and kiosk interfaces), unlimited 24/7 maintenance, training, and support for a five‑year term. • Convert three locker units (145‑box, 36‑box, 73‑box) to an integrated, ADA‑compliant system. • Deploy a comprehensive package‑tracking software suite with AI/OCR, student‑facing mobile app, web dashboard, and kiosk communication. • Provide unlimited hardware/software maintenance, 24/7 help‑desk, on‑site and remote training, and ongoing support throughout a five‑year contract. • Submit detailed purchase and lease options, technical proposal, pricing, references, non‑collusion affidavit, insurance certificate, and other required documents by the deadline.
