Description
Salina Arts & Humanities seeks a professional graphic design firm to create all visual assets for the 2027 Smoky Hill River Festival. The vendor will design print collateral (rack cards, posters, wristband graphics, name‑tag and pass graphics), apparel graphics, digital and print advertising creatives, and miscellaneous signage, delivering editable source files, PDFs/PNGs/JPGs, font lists, and color specifications. The work runs from early December 2026 through the end of May 2027, supporting festival marketing leading up to the June 11‑13, 2027 event.
• Design and production of a full suite of festival marketing materials (print and digital).
• Provide all final files in editable formats plus color and font documentation.
• Submit pricing per deliverable or a not‑to‑exceed retainer; out‑of‑scope items priced hourly.
• Must meet strict deadlines, hold necessary third‑party asset licenses, and allow the City perpetual usage rights.
