The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) seeks a qualified consultant to design, develop, and host three interactive web‑mapping and dashboard applications for the Atlanta region: a replacement for the existing DataNexus tool, a Regional Housing Dashboard, and an Economic Mobility Dashboard. The work includes full‑stack development, user‑friendly administrative back‑ends, integration with existing GIS data sources, accessibility compliance, optional AI‑driven query features, and 12 months of web‑hosting and maintenance. ARC will provide up to $50,000 in funding, expects award in December 2026, and the contract will commence January 2027.
