Executive Search Firm (Consultant) for Chief of Police Position

The Board of Police Commissioners, Kansas City, Missouri is seeking professional services in the identification and hiring of a qualified Chief of Police. The selected Executive Search Firm (Consultant) will provide executive recruitment and hiring services for the position of Kansas City Missouri Police Chief. The firm will manage the executive search process from start to finish, including a nationwide search to identify candidates. • The Board requires executive search services to support the identification and selection of the Kansas City Missouri Police Chief. • The Consultant will engage in activities such as a nationwide search to identify candidates. • The firm will manage the executive search process from start to finish. • The Board of Police Commissioners, Kansas City, Missouri reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria such as quality, thoroughness, and clarity of proposal, adherence to the Statement of Services, qualifications and experience, staff, project requirements, financial responsibility, methodology and management approach, cost and price, community engagement and/or law enforcement experience, and demonstrated ability to conduct a national executive search.
