The City of Kingsland, Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, and install a complete set of office furniture for the Kingsland Welcome Center. The scope includes a range of desks, storage units, a conference table, chairs, and related accessories, all meeting commercial‑grade quality, ergonomic standards, and ANSI/BIFMA performance criteria. Vendors must provide itemized pricing, specifications, warranties (minimum five years), and a delivery/installation timeline, and must comply with insurance, E‑Verify, and local procurement rules. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and cost‑effective proposal.
• Furniture items: 1 bow‑front desk, 1 bridge, credenza, hutch, file pedestals, lateral file, conference table top & base, guest chairs, etc.
• Must meet ANSI/BIFMA standards and include ≥5‑year commercial warranty.
• Delivery and professional installation at the Welcome Center location.
• Required documents: original + two copies, W‑9, E‑Verify affidavit, acknowledgment of addenda.
• Evaluation based on compliance, quality, cost/value, vendor experience, and installation plan.
