The City of Mableton is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a secure, cloud‑based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and full‑service implementation, integration, and ongoing support. The solution must cover core HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, recruiting, performance management, learning, analytics, and optional employee collaboration modules. The contractor will provide software subscriptions, data conversion, system configuration, testing, training, go‑live assistance, hyper‑care, maintenance, upgrades, and transition services. The City anticipates an initial workforce of roughly 80 active employees with scalability for future growth. Proposals are due 23 Nov 2026; questions must be submitted by 5 Nov 2026.
