Description
Clark County is soliciting qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive streetscape and utility upgrade along a one‑mile stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard (Flamingo Rd to Spring Mountain Rd) and a three‑quarter‑mile segment of Flamingo Road (I‑15 to Koval Lane). The scope includes full roadway reconstruction (cold planing, plant‑mix bituminous surfacing, UTACS), curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk reconstruction/widening, ADA‑compliant ramps, median and bus‑turnout rebuild, new smart‑pole and LED street‑light installation, LED landscape lighting conversion, traffic‑signal upgrades at six intersections, utility relocations, storm‑sewer facilities, pavement markings, signage, and a complete replacement of the existing waterline for the Las Vegas Valley Water District. Additional work covers utility conduit, fiber‑optic and power infrastructure, smart‑pole duct banks, and extensive landscaping/irrigation modifications. The bid package requires a bid bond, subcontractor lists, prevailing‑wage compliance, and various certifications.
