Microsoft 365 Data Migration Project

The Navy’s Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) requires a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to design, build, and document a migration solution that moves mission‑critical data from a legacy Microsoft Access 2003 database to the Navy’s Microsoft 365 “Flank Speed” environment (SharePoint Online and Power Platform). The vendor will create the data architecture, populate a test environment with synthetic data, develop Power Apps interfaces and Power Automate workflows, configure document libraries, implement security/permissions, and provide training and migration guidance. The internal SWFPAC team will handle the actual live data extraction and load. The effort is fully remote, must be completed within 180 calendar days after award, and includes extensive deliverables ranging from design documents to knowledge‑transfer sessions.
