Exclusive Athletic Apparel and Sponsorship Agreement

The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith seeks a single vendor to become the exclusive supplier of all athletic apparel, footwear, equipment, and related services for its intercollegiate sports programs, with Nike as the preferred brand. The contract includes the potential for sponsorship/marketing benefits and runs for up to seven years. The vendor must provide a full suite of products (uniforms, shoes, accessories, equipment), on‑site sizing services, licensing compliance, and timely delivery of stock, modified, and custom items. Evaluation will focus heavily on customer service, pricing discounts, and sponsorship proposals. • Supply all varsity‑team apparel, shoes, and equipment (including custom‑logo items). • Must be licensed with the Collegiate Licensing Company and able to sell Nike‑branded products. • Required to meet delivery windows: stock ≤ 4 weeks, modified ≤ 6 weeks, custom ≤ 8 weeks. • Provide comprehensive customer‑service plan and optional sponsorship benefits (logo placement, event tickets, product giveaways). • Contract term up to 7 years; vendor will be paid Net 30 on invoiced PO amounts.
