Food Prep Services

The State of Montana, Department of Health and Human Services (DPHHS), is seeking a contractor to provide licensed food meal preparation services for the Montana Chemical Dependency Center (MCDC) located in Butte, MT. The contractor will be responsible for providing food preparation and food services as detailed in the RFP. • The contractor must meet all mandatory requirements, including completing and uploading the attached Business Information document, reviewing and addressing the Scope document, and uploading the Offeror Qualifications document. • The contractor must certify and comply with the ability to obtain all licenses and permits required before contract award. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal and address each item in the document. • The contractor must comply with the Montana Prevailing Wage Requirements Information and the Equal Pay for Montana Women Executive Order No. 12-2016.
