Request for Lighting & Sound Services for Community Wide Special Events

The City of Dublin is seeking a contractor to provide lighting and sound services for community-wide special events. The contractor will be responsible for providing equipment, delivery, setup, and teardown of sound and lighting equipment for various events, including concerts, festivals, and ceremonies. The events will take place over a period of 24 months, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2028. The contractor must provide a proposal that includes all associated costs and meets the specifications outlined in the RFP. • The contractor will provide sound and lighting services for events such as the Summer Concert Series, Splatter, Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, St. Patrick’s Day Celebration, and Park Dedication events. • The contractor must provide all front-line equipment, including speakers, cords, microphones, stands, etc. • The contractor must provide on-site sound technicians and DJ/emcee services for events. • The contractor must provide a fee worksheet that includes all costs associated with the services provided.
