Description
This solicitation seeks suppliers to provide a variety of bus and automotive filters for City Utilities of Springfield’s transit fleet under an FTA‑funded contract. The agency anticipates annual usage of multiple filter types (oil, fuel, air, power‑steering, crankcase, transmission, fuel separator, water separator) for Gillig, Cummins, Allison, and related bus engines. The contract will be a one‑year base term with two optional one‑year extensions, for a maximum duration of three years, and a total ceiling of $150,000 (≈ $50,000 per year). Bids must be submitted via the EBAT portal or by sealed mail/hand‑delivery; fax and email are prohibited. Required attachments include an FTA Bidders List Questionnaire, a Federal Tax Liability Certificate, and a Lobbying Certificate (for bids ≥ $100,000).
