Description
The City of Alexandria is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a variety of petroleum‑based products—including engine and hydraulic oils, greases, anti‑freeze, diesel exhaust fluid, and related analysis services—for its motor pool, transit agency, parts, sanitation, and water departments on a “use‑as‑needed” basis for a 12‑month period. The contract may be awarded to a single vendor or split among multiple vendors, and the supplier must provide bulk storage tanks, dispensing equipment, and disposal of empty containers at no extra charge. All deliveries must be freight‑prepaid, FOB to the city locations within 48 hours of purchase order receipt, and the vendor must meet extensive Federal Transit Administration (FTA) clauses.
