Town of Exeter is seeking a vendor to print, bind, and deliver 500 copies of the 2026 Town & School Annual Report. The report consists of 225 interior pages plus full‑color front and back covers, printed on specified paper stocks and perfect‑bound. The vendor must handle PDF file preparation, provide proofs (black‑and‑white interior, Fiery color cover), bulk‑package and label the finished reports, and deliver them to the Town Manager’s Office by the February 26, 2027 deadline. The contract is a lump‑sum award with optional per‑page adjustments for over‑ or under‑page changes.
