The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking an experienced offset printer to produce and distribute the FY26 Annual Member Newsletter “2025 Year‑in‑Review.” The contractor must print 144,291 full‑color, 13‑page pamphlets (cover + 12 interior pages) with UV gloss coating, saddle‑stitch binding, and package the items for nationwide mail delivery. All work must be completed under strict security controls for PII, with no subcontracting permitted, and delivery must be completed by early December 2026.
• Print 144,291 copies in 4‑color process with UV gloss on the cover; digital printing is prohibited.
• Use specified paper grades (JCP L11 for cover, JCP A261 for text) and meet Quality Level III standards.
• Provide a single press‑quality PDF soft proof, receive “OK‑to‑print” approval, and ship the finished newsletters with same‑day shipment notification.
