Dockless Mobility Operator

The City of West Hollywood is seeking a single (or potentially multiple) dock‑less mobility operator to manage a shared‑mobility fleet of up to 150 devices (e‑bikes, scooters, and “gliders”) across an 18‑month term beginning March 1 2027. The operator must provide the full spectrum of services – fleet deployment, real‑time GPS/geofencing, mandatory parking enforcement, ADA‑compliant accessibility, data sharing (MDS/GBFS), community outreach, and robust maintenance – while adhering to strict city‑mandated penalties for violations. The contract includes an annual program fee of $25,000 (paid quarterly), per‑trip usage fees, and a performance bond, with the possibility of extensions up to two additional terms.
