The Department of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System seeks a qualified, women‑owned small business (100 % set‑aside) to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and emergency support for its Motorola Astro Core P25 radio communications system across three California sites. The contractor will be responsible for preventive maintenance, emergency response (3‑hour response time), on‑site repairs, service‑desk ticket management, software/hardware updates, safety compliance, and documentation. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, one‑year award (Dec 1 2026 – Nov 30 2027) with an optional six‑month extension, and includes monthly invoicing and strict reporting requirements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Astro P25 Core Master, repeaters, antennas, dispatch consoles, and related infrastructure.
• Provide 24/7 emergency support with a 3‑hour response, maintain a toll‑free hotline, and manage service tickets via Motorola’s CRM system.
• Deliver quarterly performance reports, maintain detailed logs, and comply with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and VA security/vetting standards.
