Description
This solicitation seeks a small‑business vendor to rent a 750 kW emergency diesel generator (EDG) for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) in Bremerton, WA. The contract will be a Firm‑Fixed‑Price commercial service, 100 % total small‑business set‑aside, with the generator provided, delivered, installed, operated, maintained, and supported for the base period of 20 Nov 2026 – 30 Jun 2027 (approximately seven months) and an optional extension through 19 Nov 2027. The contractor must meet stringent technical, safety, environmental, and security requirements, provide 24/7 on‑call support, and handle all logistics, including delivery, training, and documentation.
• Provide one (1) 750 kW diesel generator (minimum) meeting NAICS 532490 specifications and all NFPA/ISO/40 CFR 63 standards.
• Deliver, install, test, and certify the generator at PSNS & IMF; conduct one‑hour on‑site training for Government personnel.
• Offer 24/7 technical support, rapid repair/replacement decisions (within 4 h) and complete repairs/replacements within 48 h.
• Supply all required documentation (operation & maintenance manual, EPA certification, pricing data, etc.) and comply with all applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and Navy security/badging requirements.
• Contract is limited to U.S. small‑business firms; proposals must be submitted via email by the quoted deadline.
