Comprehensive Design and Construction Management / Program Management Services

The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive design, construction‑management, and program‑management services for K‑12 school facilities on an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) basis over a five‑year term. The contractor will act as staff augmentation, delivering senior‑level managers, architects, engineers, estimators, schedulers, and other specialists on an as‑needed hourly basis, coordinating all phases from pre‑design through construction close‑out, and ensuring compliance with MNPS policies, codes, and sustainability goals. • Design and construction planning, cost estimating, schedule monitoring, and value engineering for school projects. • Coordination of architects, engineers, contractors, and MNPS stakeholders; on‑site construction observation and reporting. • Delivery of qualified personnel (Program Manager, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, etc.) on an hourly‑rate basis, with optional annual price escalation.
