Rental, Installation, and Removal of Inflatables & Event Supplies

The City of Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide rental, installation, and removal of dry and wet inflatables, including additional event supplies, for various programs and events held throughout the city. The contractor will be responsible for transporting, installing, and removing the inflatables and event supplies, and providing sufficient personnel to remain on call in case of maintenance issues. The contract period will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. • The City hosts various programs and events throughout the year, including the Summer Camp Program, Family Fun Fest, and Fire in the Sky. • The contractor will be required to provide a catalog of available inflatables and event supplies, and to notify the City of any substitutions or changes. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to negotiate with the selected vendor. • The evaluation criteria will include cost, experience, reliability, expertise of personnel, and method of performance.
