The Catalina Foothills Unified School District (CFSD) is seeking an experienced custodial contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning, sanitary maintenance, and enhanced/deep‑cleaning services for all district‑operated schools, administrative offices, and the Transportation Center. The contractor must supply all cleaning products (with brand approvals), furnish required equipment, maintain a minimum staffing level—including at least two fingerprint‑cleared custodians at the Murphey Administration & Transportation Center—and adhere to a detailed service‑frequency schedule covering roughly 235 days per year. The contract runs for one year beginning 1 July 2026, with up to four one‑year extensions subject to funding, and the total anticipated contract value is about $1.7 million. • Provide routine daily cleaning, restroom upkeep, floor care, waste removal, and specialized “enhanced” cleaning across nine facilities. • Supply all consumables (paper products, soaps, cleaning chemicals) and use approved Scott/Kimberly‑Clark touch‑less dispensers; any brand substitution requires Director of Finance approval. • Meet staffing requirements (minimum 2 custodians at Murphey Center, total 6 FTE district‑employed staff) and ensure all personnel have fingerprint clearance cards and wear uniformed, ID‑tagged apparel. • Submit monthly (Q1) then quarterly performance reports, and comply with OSHA, insurance, and safety standards; price proposals must be firm, tax‑inclusive, and submitted as hourly rates with/without supplies.
