Description
Gwinnett County is seeking a county‑wide, annual maintenance partner to service roughly 10,000 devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, mobile data terminals, etc.) for over 6,500 users. The contractor must provide on‑site response within four hours, preventive maintenance on printers and scanners, parts, labor, travel, and 24/7 emergency replacement for outages exceeding eight hours. Local (Atlanta) staff with OEM certifications (HP, Dell, Panasonic) are required, along with comprehensive insurance coverage and the ability to generate monthly KPI and service reports. The contract runs an initial term plus four optional 12‑month renewals (up to five years total).
