Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners seeks a qualified service provider to deliver an annual, county‑wide maintenance contract for all IT hardware—including desktops, laptops, tablets, servers, printers, scanners, plotters, and related peripheral devices—supporting over 6,500 users and 10,000+ devices. The contractor must provide on‑site response within four hours, 24/7 (6 am‑6 pm M‑F) support, preventive maintenance, parts inventory, detailed reporting, and certified staff for major OEMs. The contract is fixed‑price, all‑inclusive, and will be evaluated on experience, technical approach, references, cost, and optionally an interview.
