Description
This solicitation seeks an authorized HP reseller to provide a full range of HP ® file servers, peripheral devices, and related value‑added services under an annual contract. The vendor must be able to supply any HP server model, assorted peripherals, and support services such as on‑site configuration, order tracking, and rapid response to quote requests. The contract starts January 1 2027 with a one‑year term and optional renewal periods. The County requires detailed insurance coverage, non‑collusion certification, and multiple references.
• Supply HP servers (rack‑mount, standalone, blade) and a broad catalog of peripherals.
• Provide on‑site system configuration, order reconciliation, and rapid response (pricing info within 4 hours, quotes within 3 business days).
• Maintain extensive insurance (CGL $2M, auto $1M, umbrella up to $10M, cyber $1M) and meet A.M. Best rating requirements.
