Luzerne County is soliciting qualified vendors to provide comprehensive janitorial services for five senior‑center facilities (Charles T. Adams, Falls, Freeland, Hazleton, Mountain Top, Pittston) during calendar year 2027. The contract runs from 01/01/2027 to 12/31/2027 (one‑year term) and requires daily cleaning, restroom disinfection, periodic floor polishing, window cleaning, and annual deep‑cleaning tasks.
