Description
Luzerne County’s Children, Youth, & Families department is seeking a qualified janitorial contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for its Hazleton office (approximately 6,000 sq ft) for the calendar year 2027. The contract includes nightly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual tasks ranging from trash removal and floor care to deep restroom sanitization and periodic site inspections. The contractor must supply all cleaning supplies, maintain background checks on personnel, and respond to any service deficiencies within 24 hours. Bids are to be submitted electronically via PennBid or by hard copy, with a performance bond required for awards over $10,000.
