Description
The Department of State Hospitals (Patton campus) seeks a single prime contractor to perform comprehensive preventive‑maintenance, incidental‑repair, and emergency‑repair services for the chiller plant equipment across several hospital buildings. The work includes quarterly, semi‑annual and annual inspections of multiple chiller units, required EPA‑608 certification for technicians, 24/7 emergency response with a four‑hour onsite turnaround, and strict compliance with AQMD Rule 1415 reporting, prevailing‑wage, and insurance/bond requirements. No subcontracting is permitted for the core services.
• Perform detailed inspections, adjustments, leak‑testing, and oil sampling on all chillers listed in Exhibit A.
• Provide 24/7 emergency repair support (≤ 4 hours response) and maintain a one‑year warranty on labor & materials.
• Submit required documentation (AQMD forms, certified payroll, insurance certificates) and adhere to California prevailing‑wage rates for San Bernardino County.
