Description
The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (OSA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide open‑ended preventive and corrective maintenance for chillers and ventilation systems at the William R. Sharpe Jr. Hospital and associated facilities. The contract covers bi‑annual preventive maintenance, hourly‑based corrective repairs (capped at $25,000 per project), parts procurement (with cost‑plus markup), emergency response within 30 minutes, 24‑hour telephone support, and comprehensive reporting. Vendors must be factory‑authorized, hold appropriate WV licenses (electrician, plumber, contractor), and supply all tools, equipment, and expendables at no cost to the agency. The award will go to the lowest total cost proposal that meets all specifications.
