Professional Services for ESRI Utility Network Migration and Implementation

South Tahoe Public Utility District is seeking a qualified professional services firm to perform a full‑turnkey implementation of an Esri Utility Network for its water, sewer, and recycled‑water systems. The consultant must assess the existing GIS environment, design and configure the Utility Network, migrate and clean data, integrate with existing enterprise systems, provide training, and deliver post‑implementation support. This effort will transition the district from ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 to a newer version and requires both deep GIS expertise and utility‑industry experience. • Provide project management, schedule, risk, and communication planning. • Conduct a comprehensive data‑readiness assessment and migrate ~100 k water/sewer features into the new Utility Network. • Design and configure network topology, operational rules, and integrate with Nexgen CMMS, Tyler ERP, and other district applications. • Deliver documentation, training, and a minimum six‑month stabilization support period.
